Stage III - Intermediate Performance Package
Stage III represents a huge step forward in terms of power, handling and braking. Stage III cars have approximately 58 more horsepower than stock, with a quicker response from the stock turbo due a turbo-back exhaust and ECU reflash. The suspension retains the adjustable tubular swaybars and endlinks from Stage II, but the struts and springs are upgraded to a coil-over setup with cockpit adjustable electronic damping, ASR-spec suspension maps. The car is corner weighed with the equivalent of the customer’s weight in the driver’s seat and ride height is set accordingly. The chassis is stiffened through the use of stiffer rubber engine mounts, transmission mounts and a pitch mount. The braking system is further improved through the addition of slotted stock-sized rotors, as well as performance pads, fluid and braided brake lines. The package is rounded out with our 17” X 8” wheel-and-tire package, a body kit, as well as a leather and aluminum MOMO shift knob. Finally, the car is topped off with an ASR decklid badge, Stage III fender decals and an ASR window tint
